A task timer on the iPhone Lock Screen

Start a focus session on one task. On iPhone it can switch on an iOS Focus mode, and a Live Activity keeps a timer plus interactive buttons on the Lock Screen so you can see the session without opening the app.

A session you can see when the phone is locked

Start a focus session linked to iOS Focus Mode. The demo shows a Live Activity on the Lock Screen with remaining time and Pause, Done and Stop buttons. Playing connects to YouTube. Watch on YouTube

Pick one task and start a focus session. If you want fewer interruptions, link that session to an iOS Focus mode in Settings → Planning & Focus → Linked iOS Focus Modes. Starting the session can turn the Focus mode on, then return you to the app.

On the Lock Screen, a Live Activity shows the timer and interactive buttons (pause, done, stop in the demo) so the countdown stays visible after you lock the phone. That is the task timer on the iPhone Lock Screen: one task, a visible clock, and controls you can use without unlocking into a full app.

When the session ends, it can ring as a real alarm, built on Apple's AlarmKit. You can choose a custom alarm sound. Included free. Alarms ring even when your iPhone is on Silent or in a Focus, and on your Apple Watch. For ADHD time blindness, that is harder to miss than a notification.
